To cancel and request a refund for the Wya TV Monthly Subscriptions simply send an email to

Refunds for Wya TV Subscriptions will be processed within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent
to the email address we have on file.

To complete your return of a Wya TV Set Top Box, simply mail back the SET top box along with
customer name and billing address to Att: Stromega 1031 Ives Dairy Road, Miami FL 33179.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your Set Top Box return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you
that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card
or original method of payment, within 1 day.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item,
