Apple TV, iPhone & iPad Installation

If you are using a Iphone/Ipad or AppleTV, simply visit the App Store and download our app called “SoPlayer.” After you download the app, launch the app and enter your User Name, Password and Provider ID 455.

After you have ordered a subscription you will get an email with your username & password within 20 minutes normally (Please see note). If you do not receive your username & password within 30 minutes, please visit our support website at: www.YourTvSupport.com and request your username & password via the Live Chat on the website. Note: Due to the increased customer volume, there may be longer than normal wait times. We process all orders manually in the order they are received. Thank you for your patience!

You may have noticed some glitches on the app you are currently using. Once installed you may encounter an Error EC06 - “You already have maximum number of devices assigned.” If this happens simply send us an email: [email protected] and we will reset your account in a timely fashion.
